Corporate events have been an integral part of our business for over 20 years. We work with clients in hosting open house receptions, grand openings, retirement parties, seminars, board meetings, Inter-office meal, government contacting, holiday parties and multi-day conferences. Clients can enjoy the option of comprehensive (full service) events or a less complicated food delivery. Whether a continental breakfast, gourmet boxed lunch, cocktail reception or dinner, we believe in delivering the finest quality and freshest tasting cuisine available. Our service is performed in a non-intrusive and timely way; and our food is thoughtfully presented and garnished. Bartending and beverage services are also available.
At Ebony Eyes Soul Food we deliver creative and delicious soul food using quality, nutritious, and seasonal produce while working with your set budgets. We always deliver in temperature controlled bags and have staff available if you need them. Staff Service: we charge depending on what you need Food delivery with quick set up (set up is free!) Food delivery, set up, on-site staff service during event, and clean up after event: $45 / hour / person. Please note that staff are required to start work 1 hour before your event begins and will remain 1 hour after for preparation and cleaning. Staff are paid hourly and have to be paid for a minimum of 3 hours. Staff can be hired at $45 per hour. It is Ebony Eyes Soul Food's policy to ensure our staff get home safely - functions ending after 10:00pm will incur taxi fares of $30 for all staff members who require one to get to their destination and will be added to your final bill.
Option 1: Drop-Off Catering Food is delivered cooked & ready to serve with serving utensils – our staff will set it up for you! Comes with disposable plates, utensils, and napkins (please request option)
Option 2: Catering with Wire Chafing Set Up Food is delivered cooked & ready to serve – our staff will set it up for you! Comes in recyclable platters or disposable chaffing dishes with sterno fuel (for hot items) and serving utensils Comes with disposable plates, utensils, and napkins
